Lewis Boyett, of South Windsor was diagnosed with ALS in November 2018. Lewis and his wife Lauren have four young girls (4 y/o twins, 7 and 11 y/o). Lewis was a veterinarian technician and is currently working from home doing ordering and anything else he can do remotely.

Since his diagnosis he has lost the mobility of his legs and is wheel chair bound. Lewis went from an active and engaged father who loved to hike and swim to being unable to be the man and father he wishes he could be. Lewis’s prognosis is unclear since ALS is not a forgiving disease but he hopes to have the opportunity to take his family to Disney before he is unable to speak and have the use of his arms.

With your help and donations, we can grant the wishes of this amazing family.
